The idea of starting the production of lime pickles was conceived by a lady from a rural community who brought in samples which was approved at once. Raw materials for this product is supplied by the local farmers and the payment for this product is done on the basis of number of jars produced. Farmers as well as the ladies benefit from this project. Lime pickle is available at FRIEND Suva Shop as well as the monthly ROC market.
